Career Path in Project Management

Entry-level position: Project Coordinator, an entry-level role responsible for assisting the Project Manager in coordinating project tasks, resources, and timelines to guarantee the effective execution of the project.

Mid-level position: Project Manager a mid-level job responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project risks and stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and budget.

Senior-level position: Project Manager Job responsible for supervising big, complicated projects, supervising younger project managers, and providing direction and mentoring, One step advance.

Executive-level position: Director of Project Management, a position at the executive level responsible for supervising the organization’s entire project management activities, procedures, and techniques.

Senior executive-level position: Vice President of Operations/Chief Operating Officer responsible for directing operations, strategic planning, and decision-making to achieve corporate success and development.
